Get to know me!

My name is Francesca (she/her) and I’m a queer, trauma-informed esthetician based in Moh’kins’tsis / Calgary, Alberta. I believe in the transformative power of self-care, and I’m dedicated to providing a safe, welcoming space for everyone. I founded Fresh with the vision of creating an esthetics studio where all individuals, regardless of gender identity or expression, feel valued, respected, and celebrated.

About Fresh

Having experienced firsthand the discomfort of unwelcome assumptions in wellness appointments, I understand the importance of creating an environment free from judgment and full of acceptance. That's why Fresh is more than just a generic esthetics studio – it's a warm, inviting space nestled into a private room at Gabby’s Barbershop, a queer-owned shop in the historic Grain Exchange Building. It’s truly a place where you can relax, rejuvenate, and embrace your authentic self without fear or hesitation.

This commitment to inclusivity is evident in every aspect of the studio. From the gender-neutral service menu and transparent pricing to personalized services suitable for all skin types and tones, I strive to ensure that everyone feels seen, heard, and empowered to prioritize their self-care journey. Whether you're seeking a facial, brow lamination, lash lift, or any other service, you can trust that you'll receive personalized attention and care tailored to your unique needs and preferences.

I believe that everyone deserves the joy of self-care, and I’m honoured to be a part of your journey to self-love and acceptance. So come, experience the Fresh difference, and let me help you look and feel your absolute best, inside and out. You're always welcome here!

The Team

If you’ve had an appointment at Fresh, you’ve definitely already met me! Behind the scenes, my wife Aira helps curate my socials and takes beautiful photos and videos of the space and my services.
