Cancellation Policy
Online booking requires you to leave a credit (or Visa debit) card on file. You will not be charged anything at the time of booking and you don’t have to use this card to pay after your appointment!
Please provide 12 hours’ notice for appointment changes and cancellations. Last minute cancellations may be subject to a charge of 50% of your appointment cost to the card on file. If you’re sick or something urgent has come up and you need to reschedule, I’m happy to use this charge as a credit towards your next service.
Not showing up to an appointment without a text or message to let me know will result in an automatic charge of 100% of your appointment cost to the card on file. If you don’t have a card on file or if the charge fails, you’ll be required to pay the balance before you can rebook.
Appointment Policies
Cash or etransfer payments are preferred. If necessary, I’m also able to accept credit and debit transactions by sending a secure link to your mobile device. Please have your phone and card information available at your appointment if this is your preferred payment method.
Your appointment time is reserved just for you! I try my best, but I’m not always able to accommodate early or late arrivals. For safety reasons, I also ask that you please not bring a friend or partner unless we’ve discussed beforehand.
